PACT is the values we choose to live by. These values drive what we say and do, binding us together as a family and a community.
By living out our PACT, every day, we are closer to achieving our personal and academic goals as leaders and achieving our shared vision and mission as a school community.
The BAMS School Pledge
Our school pledge, "I", is recited during our Morning Affirmations, Monthly Assemblies, Quarterly Awards Ceremonies, and Annual Graduations.
LIVING YOUR PACT
One way to show PERSISTENCE is by coming to school every day. Perfect attendance is celebrated each month (certificates, pizza parties, ice-cream socials, and more), and perfect attendance leaders are invited to special trips, including two end-of-year trips to Holiday Hills and Lake Compounce.

Writing and speaking are only two forms of COMMUNICATION. The Arts are an important form of COMMUNICATION that affects moods, brings calm, and invites and inspires ALL to do and be better humans. All forms of COMMUNICATION are welcome and valued at BAMS!

If you take out the "team" in "TEAMWORK" then it's just "work". Who wants that? TEAMWORK is togetherness, it's community, and it's a shared vision.
At BAMS we know the only way we will go far, is together.
REWARDING YOUR PACT
PBIS Rewards, a digital app we use to track “on PACT” behaviors, is a key tool in our mission to foster a positive school culture.
When leaders demonstrate Persistence, Accountability, Communication Skills, and Teamwork, their PBIS QR code is scanned by a staff member. This action will add PBIS points to the leader’s PBIS account, rewarding their positive behavior.
Leaders can earn 10 - 50 PBIS points per day. These points can then be used to purchase a variety of items from our Digital School Store, such as pizza, Ice Cream, extra recess, school dances, school trips, etc.
