About BAMS
Bronx Alliance Middle School (BAMS) is a small middle school located on the first floor of the John Philip Sousa middle school campus. Founded in 2013, BAMS is a neighborhood school, proudly serving families in the Edenwald neighborhood of the northeast Bronx. Committed to the academic excellence of every leader, BAMS provides access to accelerated learning to every leader, enabling every eighth grader to take high school-level courses and sit for New York State Regents exams in the eighth grade.
